3nd Protein Rainbow Workshop – BioPlex Technology: Multiplicating ELISA

3nd Protein Rainbow Workshop – BioPlex Technology: Multiplicating ELISA

The annual training school will take place from 2nd to 4th of May 2011 at the Institute of Clinical Biochemistry and Pathobiochemistry, German Diabetes Center.

It is intended to introduce, improve and expand practice and knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies for protein quantification using BioPlex-system. The course agenda covers theoretical and practical aspects ranging from study design, specific sample preparation to protein profiling and data analysis.

As special highlight the course will be followed by a User Meeting focusing on BioPlex technology. This activity will offer a dedicated platform to gather and exchange most recent information between scientists from different research areas. In this context again it is planned to publish a special issue of APB (Archives of Physiology and Biochemistry; Informa Healthcare) comprising a representative cross-section of recent research related to BioPlex analysis.
